As I wrote these books, I thought often about the fourteen-year olds so lost in their phones that they struggle to build any semblance of agency or identity without. I thought about the parents who see the disassociation in their teenage children, not knowing how to connect with them or find shared interests.
I thought about how better of a place we could all be, if we focused our attention and efforts on guiding youth back to grounded habits and personal agency.
This is going to help the younger generation that grew up in social media and don’t know how good and what a life is without out
